What You’ll Do:
As our Creative Production Manager, you will manage the creative production cycle and will play a key role in helping the team run efficiently and productively. You will work closely with the Creative
Director and team members from Motion Design, Art, Product and Marketing to bring world-class Marketing Creatives to life!
You Will:
- Work with remote teams and stakeholders to develop, build consensus, and execute on realistic milestones and roadmaps
- Work with remote leads and stakeholders to keep the creative pipeline full, prioritized and known to the full team
- Identify current and potential conflicts in workload or priority, or workflow blockers, and partner with appropriate managers and team members to resolve
- Maintain project tracking and backlog, working with the product managers and leads to define and scope future content
- Run standups, sprint planning, and reviews across multiple studios and timezones in English.
- Proactively identify and communicate risks to stakeholders and the rest of the team
- Facilitate creative reviews and prioritize feedback from stakeholders both internal and external
- Ensure that delivered creatives meet product goals, market needs, and stakeholder expectations
- Optimize production methodologies (scrum, agile) and communication processes and ensure team members and leaders are following them
- Record meeting notes, action items, status reports and distribute across various channels
About You:
- Team player with a collaborative work style
- 3+ years of creative studio project management or marketing production experience with a focus on Casual, Social, and/or Mobile games
- Strong analytic skills and experience with metrics driven decision-making
- Working directly with multi-disciplined teams
- Can independently drive several projects on-time and on-budget while meeting the highest level of quality
- Strong leadership skills
- Solid experience with agile project management techniques and tools, preferably Airtable/Jira
- Flexibility to deal with changing priorities and limited resources
- Understanding of creative testing process and the need for continuous optimisation
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal in English
- Project management certification a plus (CSM, PMP)
- Experience running remote teams a plus
