Position Summary:

As the Production Manager, you'll serve as a cornerstone of photo and video production operations across Team Liquid’s Santa Monica studio, Los Angeles, and remote locations throughout North America. Your duties will include providing producers with essential equipment, crew, strategic guidance, and meticulous cost tracking and reporting. Additionally, you'll oversee administrative tasks such as managing timecards with payroll companies and approving Cashét charges. Reporting directly to the Head of Production, your contributions will be vital in enhancing Team Liquid's creative endeavors.

Location: Los Angeles, CA. Candidates are required to be located in Los Angeles or have the ability to commute to the office four times a week.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Coordinate all aspects of photo and video production, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and protocols on set.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and cost reports for productions, demonstrating adaptability to evolving production needs.
• Provide guidance to production team members, fostering an innovative environment.
• Maintain vendor relationships, track receipts, and manage logistical details for productions with a keen eye for efficiency and innovation.

What You’ll Need:

• 3-5+ years of production experience, with a proven track record of managing large and small productions.
• Proven experience in managing payroll and handling budgetary responsibilities
• A robust network of BTL crew and vendors in Los Angeles, coupled with proficiency in Google Spreadsheets and other relevant project management tools.
• Experience scheduling shoots, creating call sheets, and generating accurate cost reports, showcasing strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Deep knowledge of video & photo production workflow, combined with the ability to innovate and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
• Genuine interest in gaining deeper insights into the gaming and esports space

Benefits:

The salary range for CA is: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
