Associate Development Manager

Reporting within the Production Team, working closely with the leads on the project, you will be collaborating supporting and inspiring members of the development team. As an Associate Development Manager, you will oversee and ensure the delivery of a quality project by following best processes, methods, and tools.
You’ll be joining the team at a crucial time for the studio as we grow and develop our team, which will offer a great career opportunity for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain standardised production documentation.
- Coordinate and interface with internal and external teams.
- Review task assignments, task progress, due dates, and approval status daily to ensure the project is on track.
- Create and manage Jira tasks across the art department.
- Produce and maintain accurate reports in a clear standardised format.
- Produce meeting minutes.
- Assisting with the creation and maintenance of schedules.
- Management of the Art QA pipeline
- Makes a measurable impact on the efficiency and efficacy within the department that they work with and the leads that they support.
- Works to drive good process within the department assigned, and has a good understanding of pipeline, workflow, risks and issues of the departments that they work with
- Works to drive the success of the department
- Ensures Stakeholders (Directors, Producers, Leads) have the timely communication and information required, in a clear, focused manner.
- Fosters healthy relationships and effective communication between and inside teams.
- Effectively maintains and manages the Jira and production artefacts for the props team
Requirements
- 1+ year(s) of experience in project management.
- Ability to manage a large scope of tasks with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to report clearly and consistently.
- Being organized and proactive.
- Team player.
- English fluent.
- Jira knowledge would be a plus.
- Good understanding of game art teams and workflows would be a plus.
