Production Coordinator, Consumer Insights
2 years ago
Bungie is seeking a Production Coordinator to support the Consumer Insights team. The Consumer
Insights team is responsible for delivering research and insights that inform Bungie’s marketing and product development strategies. Our research ranges from formative to evaluative, qualitative to quantitative, and often takes a mixed-method approach. Responsibilities include tracking schedules, managing documentation, facilitating communication across multiple stakeholder groups, and owning day-to-day tasks necessary to execute successful research projects. This role will work closely with the Consumer Insights Producer to help implement research plans and ensure projects are delivered on-time and meet the objectives.
The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, flexible, and able to multi-task in a deadline-driven environment.

- Provide overall coordinator support and be a liaison for the team’s needs
- Screen and schedule participants for in-person and remote user research
- Coordinate with IT and cross-functional teams to prepare research labs, configure game builds for playtesting, and ensure research participants have positive experiences
- Partner with game analysts to produce targeted audience files and execute email campaigns for user research recruitment
- Observe and compile notes from interviews and playtests
