Production Coordinator [Black Budget]

We are headquartered in Seoul, South Korea, with regional KRAFTON offices located across the globe.
Our Amsterdam Office is KRAFTON’s EMEA Headquarters which covers the Europe, Middle East & Africa, and the CIS regions, with teams dedicated to Publishing, Esports, Content, Communications and General Operations. These teams support all local offices and development studios in our region.
Onsite, our Amsterdam Office also houses PUBG Studios which is busy with the development of an exciting new IP, currently known as Project “Black Budget”.
As the Production Coordinator you will support the tracking and day-to-day management related to Open World Location development and Art Assets production.
Basic Roles and Responsibilities:
- Establish and optimize development workflows & pipelines.
- Manage the development of game levels and/or art assets.
- Support the leads on planning and raising cross-departmental planning risks or dependencies.
- Issue tracking and reporting progress with Jira.
- Knowledge of PC and console game development.
We are ideally looking for:
- Ability to work full-time in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
- Fluent in English
- Familiarity with Unreal Engine 4 or 5 projects
- At least 2 years experience in a similar role, ideally working on a AAA production
- Background in Level Design, Art or Outsource Management is a bonus.
- A proactive, can do, problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience working on FPS and/or Open World games would be a huge plus.
