Production Adminstrator

Summary

What you'll do

As a Production Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient production processes and timely delivery of high-quality products. You'll work closely with our production and planning teams, coordinating schedules, tracking inventory levels, and monitoring production outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure daily scheduling, system updates, and clear communication on delivery status to both internal and external customers
• Create and schedule priority requests, IRN requests, and customer service requests.
• Implement cycle time analysis reporting to optimize overall production output
• Develop inventory control techniques to maintain stock accuracy and prevent shortages and excesses
• Assist in processing customer orders and shipments according to the established schedule
• Track production metrics and report on performance

What we're looking for

• Experience in production control or scheduling within a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in MS applications and ERP systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy

We work flexibly here at Aristocrat and have a hybrid work model. This role will be based out of our office in Greystanes with free onsite parking provided, with the flexibility to work in the office and from home.

This role will be working an early shift starting at 7:00am daily.
