We are seeking a dynamic Product Operations Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the seamless operation and strategic growth of our products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and support the Chief Strategy Officer in driving our business forward. Additionally, you will manage the competitive gaming aspects, including organizing tournaments, managing partnerships, and conducting market prospecting.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Optimization: Streamline product development and operational processes to enhance efficiency.
• Collaboration: Work with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align on goals and deliverables.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor product performance and implement improvements based on data-driven insights.
• Competitive Gaming: Manage and organize tournaments, ensuring smooth execution and engagement.
• Partnership Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key partners to drive strategic initiatives.
• Market Prospecting: Identify and explore new market opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Strategic Support: Assist the Chief Strategy Officer in daily tasks.

Minimum requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in product operations or related roles, with experience in competitive gaming or esports.
• Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with product lifecycle management, operational best practices, and competitive gaming landscapes.
• Mindset: Proactive, problem-solving attitude with a passion for innovation.
• Language: Spanish & English, this last one at least with a B2 due to international activities.
