Day in the life of a Product Marketing Manager:

As one of our Product Marketing Managers, you'll lead the marketing approach for all titles within your portfolio, collaborating with key stakeholders to craft innovative strategies that drive successful launches. You'll be instrumental in executing Go to Market plans, ensuring timely launches, maximising budgets, and leveraging data for informed decisions. As a crucial liaison between development teams and external agencies, you'll foster strong, mutually beneficial relationships to achieve marketing excellence.

Throughout the day, you'll wear many hats, from managing budgets to liaising with internal stakeholders and external agencies. Whether it's coordinating paid media campaigns or engaging with influencers, your goal is to amplify our titles' visibility and drive user acquisition. You'll monitor industry trends, keeping a finger on the pulse of gaming culture and seasonal opportunities, while also representing Secret Mode at trade and consumer events.

Please note, this is a hybrid role that will require you to work from our studio in Leamington on a weekly basis.
What you need to do this job:

• Proven track record of launching PC and Console Games in a similar role.

• In-depth knowledge of best practices; specifically social media, community, email and push notification marketing.

• Experience creating Go to Market plans, considering event roadmaps, lifecycle marketing and social media impact.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to juggle multiple projects and deliver content to deadline.

The Interview Process:

At Secret Mode, we take a holistic and engaging interview process that allows us to get to know you, your skills and your potential. For the Product Marketing Manager role, we have a 2 stage interview:

1st Stage: One hour with our Lead Product Marketing Manager. Here we will talk with you about your experience, our expectations in the role and ask some competency based questions. There will, of course, be opportunities for you to ask questions!
2nd Stage: One hour with our Marketing Director and Lead Community Manager. This is a chance for us to discuss further aspects of the role and for you to meet some more of the team here at Secret Mode!
