Product is at the heart of what we do. In joining the growing Square Enix Mobile Publishing team, you’ll be taking the lead on one of our upcoming games and ensuring we make the best games possible. As the bridge between the audience and the developers, you’ll be responsible for defining the MVP, identifying and prioritising key features and determining the USPs whilst working closely with the development, creative and technical teams to establish the quality bar.

You’ll deep dive into market opportunities highlighted by the Market Research Analyst benchmarking and deconstruct games to evaluate potential features. You’ll also collaborate with the Director of Product and other Product Managers to manage, launch, grow and maintain F2P product game streams through the full life cycle (LiveOps, Balancing, Economy, etc.), define the live operation plan, promotions and event strategy during the life cycle of the game. You’ll work hand-in-hand with the Producer, other internal and external departments regarding feature design/priorities and proactively drive the plan with cross-functional teams.
