Scopely is looking for a Product Manager to join our LiveOps Automation team in Spain on a hybrid or remote basis.

Scopely's Midcore Division operates the award winning and industry leading Star Trek Fleet Command, Marvel Strike Force and WWE Champions games. We're moving cross platform and have two exciting and ambitious games in development to further strengthen our position and reputation within the industry.
What You Will Do
- Collaborate with engineers to craft user-centric product requirement documents / specs
- Work with the game teams’ LiveOps Managers on executing on their goals for ML
- Make the best product and design decisions through data, user behavior, academic research and industry best practices
- Own major feature release from conceptualization to feature launch and long term feature maintenance, collaborating with all related subject matter experts
- Create compelling pitches for new feature in game to address identified problem
- Address risks and leverage opportunities in newly release features and existing features
What We’re Looking For- Effective collaborators & multipliers to leverage and engage the team to bring the best work and product outcomes
- Excellent ability to create clear and thought through PRDs
- Proficient in problem identification and root cause analysis
- Default to challenge the status quo and push the boundary of best-known methods
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and resourceful
- 4+ years in product/design, with a focus on transformative experiences and making data informed decisions
- Profound knowledge of development cycles and roadmapping
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical problems to non-technical folks
Bonus Points- History of working with ML products
- History working in video games or a highly KPI driven environment
