Product Manager

Job Summary:

Product Managers manage the life-cycle of the game's mechanics and features, from concept to release to iteration. This Product Manager role will emphasize critical thinking and entrepreneurial problem solving, requiring someone who is highly engaged with product ownership as a stakeholder. The Product Manager will work closely with art and engineering development teams to build games in an Agile environment. As part of the Product Manager's responsibilities, they will work closely with Analysts and other Product Managers to project the potential revenue impact of the development roadmap through data and statistical methods. The Product Manager will be responsible for conducting A/B tests in a live game to drive revenue and meet the product's goals. Working closely with the General Manager and Lead Product Manager, this role will drive the design and development of our Bingo portfolio into key new areas of the mobile gaming market.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the GM & LPM on managing the development roadmap, including feature ideation and prioritization

• Act as product owner for features from design to post-development phases

• Coordinate with internal Product teams and other game teams for knowledge & experience share

• Gather requirements and write clear acceptance criteria for user stories

• Utilize critical thinking and creative problem-solving to build the roadmap, prioritize features, and assess ROI

• Maintain and iterate on existing product documentation for accuracy throughout production

• Estimate the revenue impact of new features or optimizations

• Ensure thorough product review and user acceptance testing of development stories

• Refine the backlog of user stories to ensure they are well-defined with requirements and costed by the engineering team

• Work with Analytics and Engineering departments to create accurate ROI estimates based on revenue impacts and development cost

• Attend all sprint ceremonies and regular meetings with the development team, other Product Managers, and Analysts

• Serve as the primary contact and representative for the game within the company

• Analyze daily KPIs to identify opportunities, trends, and potential threats

• Evaluate notable competitors and share key insights & learnings

• Document our processes and best practices, seeking continual improvement of existing processes

• Identify market leaders and innovations to inform the team and broader Product organization

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with significant coursework in computer science or a related field.

• 2+ years relevant experience.

• Must be passionate about the product and has a strong desire to move the genre forward.

• Motivated to win market share while building a high quality product.

Preferred Experience:

• MBA or equivalent experience preferred.

• Experience in gaming, social, online casino, or consumer mobile live service products preferred, but not required.

• PLUS: Previous work designing events/promotions on a mobile game.

• PLUS: Experience in ad monetization

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Expert Excel/Google Sheet Skills and Proficient in Powerpoint.

• Agile/Scrum software development experience is a plus.

• Critical Thinking and Creative Problem Solving.

• Ability to develop positive relationships and communicate effectively with Developers, QA, Analysts and Producers.

• Excellent Organizational skills.

• Strong starter who can quickly get up to speed on new markets and products.

• Strong affinity for understanding target audience needs and spender priorities.
