Product Manager

We’re looking for a Senior/Product Manager to lead the product development process and craft the roadmap for key areas of our Studio product. The ideal candidate is a curious, driven, analytical team player who likes to have fun and get things done. They should leverage metrics for insights, champion user and business value, have strong prioritization skills, and work well with key constituents.

We are a start-up so your work may touch product marketing, email marketing, customer support, business intelligence, acquisition, etc. We are also in the middle of a redesign so you will launch many features this year that will drive a lot of impact for our users. It’s a very exciting time to join as we are reshaping the entire product experience.

This position is full-time and based (remotely) in LA.

- 3+ years experience managing and shipping products on web and mobile

- A hands-on, strategic, moderately technical product manager who can create wireframes, user flows and user stories to communicate their ideas effectively

- Detail-oriented with the ability to clearly define feature requirements and UAT all stories

- Assess and prioritize new features based on market research, competitive analysis, user research or from internal stakeholder requests

- Drive creativity and problem-solving within Mobcrush to come up with the best solutions that maximize needs

- Collaborate with design to creatively solve problems and maximize opportunitiesLead planning meetings and provide advice and guidance on scrum process

- Triage business or technical questions during the sprint, and acceptance test everything

- Develop KPIs to inform product decisions, measure performance, and communicate results out to stakeholders

- Demonstrate completed features and products, and communicate product releases to stakeholders (internal and external)

- You’ve worked in influencer marketing or with a sales organizationYou like to play video games or know the live streaming world

- You aspire to get into growth hacking or are interested in acquisition strategies

- You know what a drip campaign is and are willing to write great copy for our product marketing campaigns or FAQs

- You have created a data dictionary and/or write analytics requirements
