POSITION TITLE:
Product Manager – WoT PC
POSITION DUTIES:
Develop and manage product and process improvement roadmaps as it relates to regional publishing activities. Assess ideas and prioritize based on impacts to key performance indicators. Oversee and drive the development of specific features through a network of internal and external resources, business development partners, and vendors. Investigate tools used in global publishing and assess their regional significance. Investigate tools and processes used in global publishing and, if determined to be beneficial to regional operations, drive training and onboarding of team members on the use of the new tools and processes. Supervise feature owners across content, community, and live operations as well as global publishing departments as dependencies. Supervise members of the community team, content team, and the live ops team as covered by individual tasks created and assigned. Develop and review initial specifications and help generate tasks required to complete the project epic. Regularly assess progress towards task completion and remove any blockers encountered or potentially alter scope and time in case of significant roadblocks faced. Responsible for generating strategic initiatives that will allow the business to meet or exceed its goals.
DEGREE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Business Management or related field.
EXPERIENCE
REQUIREMENTS:
5 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate work experience in the job offered or related occupation.
OTHER SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

TRAVEL:
F2P games and various strategies to drive engagement and monetization; driving collaboration across multiple disciplines to prioritize and deliver content and features; defining and delivering product specifications (UI and UX) to address KPI needs.
8% travel required per year
