Product Manager (Monetisation)

Immutable is looking for a Monetisation Product Manager, this is an opportunity for any experienced Product Manager, ideally with a design background to interact with a new and cutting-edge company that is paving the way for blockchain-based gaming to become mainstream. The right applicant should have a passion for paving the way for crypto-based gaming economies and have and have experience with the traditional free-to-play gaming economies we’re looking to free players from.

This is the chance to merge two exciting fields, free-to-play monetization and blockchain technologies. It holds the promise of completely changing gaming as we know it, allowing users to actually make money from playing a game

You will have the opportunity to:

• Find unique solutions to hard game design problems leveraging features of blockchain
• Evaluate Gods Unchained current state core loop vs best in class
• Propose new game modes for Gods Unchained that result in higher engagement
• Define quality work procedures and improve the function of the team
• Generate concepts for future Immutable Games titles
• Tweak existing systems to generate optimal player and company output

You’ll have:

• A demonstrated interest in and knowledge of the NFT industry
• Must have been a monetization designer or responsible for monetization systems, or as a designer who worked closely with the monetization expert or designer
• You are very data-driven, make logical decisions and have an experiment-driven outlook
• You can demonstrate how you have affected the revenue streams for products and articulate ways it worked and ways that it did not
• Work with the product team to combine technology and design to solve real customer problems

Some extra skills that would be awesome:

• Worked on a TCG, or CTCG
• Worked on mobile games
• Must have more than 3 games to their credit
