What you'll do:
You will report to the Product Management Director of People Experience Technology in IT and will help build the next generation of products to prepare our organization for the workforce of the future. Partnering with People Experience (HR), game teams, and other important business groups, you will identify impactful opportunities and work with delivery teams to make solutions come to life!
You will create product line vision, goals and roadmap based on solving customer's biggest problems
- Uncover underlying customer needs by understanding end-user perspectives and pain points (focusing on the "why")
- Determine product strategy that aligns with EA's complex product ecosystem, considering industry trends, vendor marketspace, and organizational priorities
You will determine what capabilities and delivery approach will have the biggest return on investment
- Define and communicate customer journey, process maps, and detailed user stories/requirements
- Partner with engineering, UX, and external vendors to assess build vs. buy options, focused on delivering simple and scalable solutions with a reasonable time to value
- Communicate trade-offs and fit gap analysis to guide product decisions and set partner expectations
- SME in people experience/HR domain- Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Learning Management, Total Rewards
You will manage delivery cycle to take idea from concept to implementation
- Refine requirements based on prototyping, hands-on testing, and iterative feedback, acting as a bridge between customer desires and technical realities
- Bring end-to-end product release including feature development, integrations, data migration, cutover from legacy applications, and stabilization/support
- Manage sprint plans, issues, and decisions, anticipating risk and ensuring focus stays on maximizing value within a timeline and resource constraints
You will manage change and improve product to adapt to changing customer needs
- Facilitate collaboration with partner groups on process, people and policy changes to enhance product changes
- Build awareness, excitement and knowledge of new features through communication and training material creation and facilitation of training sessions
- Solicit feedback and analyze data to constantly evolve product and approach
Qualifications:
- Pursuing a Bachelors or Graduate degree in Computer Science, Business, Economics, or a related field and graduate after summer 2023
- Demonstrate structured thinking on complex customer and business problems
- Demonstrate a strong sense of data-forward decision making
- Demonstrate exceptional written deliverables (presentations, requirement documentation, emails, etc.) for core team, stakeholders and executives

US COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.
EA has listed the hourly pay ranges it in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in the locations listed, as of the time of this posting. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, degree type (e.g. Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD), what stage you are in your degree journey (i.e. freshman, sophomore, etc.), qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.
HOURLY PAY RANGES
• California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):
º $23 - $38
• Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs):
º $20 - $24
• New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo):
º $27 - $38
• Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane):
º $23 - $32
• Jersey City, NJ :
º $27 - $38
The hourly pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including 80 hours per year of sick time (prorated based on scheduled hours per week if less than full-time), 16 paid company holidays per year, medical insurance, and 401(k).
