We are actively seeking a Product Manager, Enterprise Applications Technology, who will be responsible for planning, managing demand and helping with the delivery of cross-functional and cross-technology products and solutions to our stakeholders. This position requires a mix of deep technical and project management skills in the Enterprise Applications area. This position reports directly to the Director, Enterprise Applications Technology.

Join the Enterprise Applications Technology Team, and work closely with other team members, Enterprise Applications’ leads, Business Analysts, Business, Infrastructure, and other IT teams to plan and help deliver the best solutions for the business and maintain home grown products or applications.

Activision Blizzard is the umbrella organization over Activision Publishing, Blizzard Entertainment, King Digital, Activision Media Networks and Activision Blizzard Studios and provides corporate shared services such as Legal, HR, Finance, IT, Accounting, Facilities and Sales, for all companies.

We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, analytical and possesses strong leadership skills to be able to work with various partners within and across Enterprise Applications and IT teams.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted solutions partner within the team and across IT
• Support product decisions per our roadmap
• Liaise with Technical and Functional Managers within IT and beyond
• Define and champion initiatives that directly impact product design and implementation
• Mobilize cross-technical and functional teams and help execute on strategic and key Initiatives & projects

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT.
• Proven track record as a leader with vision and domain expertise.
• Demonstrated cross-technical experience and good knowledge of business across finance, sales and supply chain and HR areas.
• Comfortable in an unstructured and ambiguous problem-solving environment.
• Experience with training and managing team members.
• Strong Software Development Life Cycle with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge and experience of Oracle ERP (or any other ERP) and peripheral systems, Oracle PaaS, MuleSoft (or any Integration platform), Workday or other Finance and HR systems.
• Solid experience working in large Business or Enterprise application teams in product and technical project manager roles.
• Ability to effectively work within a geographically diverse team.
• Independent, proactive, self-driven individual.
• Excellent analytical ability and critical thinking skills.
• Zeal to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies; self-driven, self-learner.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
