About this role:

The Product Manager will collaborate with the International Brand Strategy team to produce the marketing strategy for Ubisoft Mobile titles in Worldwide, translate them into communications tactics, produce marketing deliverables, and ensure their organization and quality. The role reports to the International Brand Manager.

What you will do:

- Understand and spread the Brand pillars (vision, DNA …) in all different projects

- Support the International Brand Manager on the creation and launch of quantitative and qualitative studies on the Brand

- Provide creative ideas and elaborate marketing actions concepts (Digital, Entertainment)

- Work on the creation of a Brand Style Guide with the content team

- Participate in crafting marketing actions to deploy the global strategy

- Coordinate the communication with HQ Marketing team and other Worldwide Mobile studios teams, and bring an operational support on all projects for the Brand outside the game (brand cooperation, derivatives, publishing opportunities, etc.)

- Coordinate the communication with Local publisher, review & make sure all assets/docs they using relate to titles matching brand pillars.

- Work together with Community team on both China and Worldwide audience research, and support all community and influence events.

- Creation of presentations for the game (internal gates, global recaps…) and Brand projects for internal and external stakeholders

- Benchmark competitors and watch the evolution of the different communication channels

- Creation of store metadata including icon, screenshots, Trailers, Teasers etc., brief and work together with HQ/local marketing artists

- Creation of brand shorts with unique and interesting idea

- Creation of creative assets and coordinate with HQ UA team to support the marketing campaigns

- Communicate on the Brand performances and metrics

- Organize internal meetings and analysis user feedback together with Community team

- Reinforce bridges between Ubisoft and Local publisher, with marketing team and the production team

Qualifications

What you should be equipped with:

· University or business school Master degree in the marketing field or equivalent training

· Minimum 3 years’ experience in game/fashion industry, working on brand/marketing/business role, events organization experience preferably

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Fluent English and Chinese, on both Spoken and Written channels

· Ability to effectively manage concurrent projects (multitasking)

· Market and audiences focus

Bonus Points:

· Extensive knowledge of the video game market and industry is a plus

· Knowledge of the North-American or Asian market is a plus
