Product Management Pathfinder Intern - Data & AI

As a Product Management Intern in EA's Digital Platform Product Management Team, you will help establish services and tools that will be used by game development teams both inside and outside of EA. At EA, we cover product areas such as Commerce, Identity, Social, Game Economy, Game Play Services, Developer Experience, and Data & AI. You will be a PM generalist in a product area within the Data & AI team.
Responsibilities:
- You will contribute to research and discovery of growth areas for Data Ingestion, Data Quality, and Self-Serve product features across the Data & AI platform
- You will develop hero metrics and analytics dashboard for product features in tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, and Looker for stakeholder reporting and product decisioning
- Craft Product Requirement documents and UX/UI wireframes that can be easily consumed by engineering and understood by non-technical audiences
- Collaborate with engineering and design partners to understand tradeoffs and refine Product Requirements; communicate tradeoffs and scope decisions to stakeholders
- Work with other Product Managers to build a cohesive Data & AI Platform offering
- Partner with other teams such as Program Management, Customer Experience, Legal, Marketing, Studios, and Finance to gather inputs and communicate feature scope
- Create product and feature collaterals that empower auxiliary teams to guide the use of features
Qualifications:
- You are pursuing a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Demonstrate structured thinking on complex customer and business problems
- Demonstrate fundamentals for Product Strategy and Design
- Demonstrate a sense of data-forward decision-making
- Demonstrate written and oral presentation skills to senior audiences

Requirements:
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the US on a full time basis during the 12-week internship. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
- Must be available for a full-time paid internship in the summer of 2022 (May - September depending on start date)
- Must be a first or second-year undergraduate college student in the United States
