The team:
Within Ubisoft's international production headquarters, which coordinates our 36 studios worldwide, you will join the Production Communities and Competitive Intelligence team, which has a new dynamism and is dedicated to monitoring all internal communities of practice.
Job ambition:
We are looking for a Producing Community Assistant in the Production Communities and Competitive Intelligence department, who will be managed by the team leader in charge of the Producing community. You will support the team leader in bringing connections and sharing knowledge between the Ubisoft 150 Producers and Production Directors.
Your tasks:
On a daily basis, you will be responsible for:
· Knowledge sharing
o Intensify resource sharing within the Producing Community
- Archiving of internal/external benchmarks, project reviews, production best practices, group guidelines
- Organization of sharing calls with the WW community
o Support to produce a monthly newsletter for the Producing Community
- Prospection for content
- Collaboration/interviews with internal contributors to create articles
- Formatting for sending
- Analysis of usage data and iterative optimization
o Optimize the sharing platform dedicated to the Producing Community.
- Collaboration with multiple internal contributors to generate content
- Analysis of usage data and ongoing optimization
· Events
o Contribute to the organization of digital and physical Producers’ Events
- Production of communication materials
- Accompanying speakers from registration to the event
- Handling relations with service providers (seminar rooms, restaurants, hotels, external contributors
Qualifications
- You are a Gap Year or Graduated student looking for a first/second experience in the industry
- You have strong project management skills, you like to deliver on time with a high quality requirement;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Your dynamic personality will bring real added value to our event organization missions
- You are creative and a taste for aesthetics. A good command of the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus;
- You have a good knowledge of the video game industry and an interest in the specifics of production;
- An excellent level of English is necessary for this international position
