We are looking for a Producer to join the Wicked Realm production team as they continue to create new and exciting games. Wicked Realm Games is part of the Tilting Point family; we combine art, data, technology, talent and groundbreaking marketing to make and scale games to success.

As a producer, you will be primarily focused on a product where you organize, manage and report on the efforts of your team, to ensure efficient and successful delivery of work. You’ll work directly with Senior Production, keeping them informed of progress or potential problems with your product's ongoing efforts.

Your Future at Tilting Point

Main responsibilities will include:

Coordination and release of relevant partner communications
Organize, track and drive development on one or more projects/areas
Team member task management in our Jira projects
Manage multiple interdependent schedules (team, game, franchise, publisher, etc.)
Coordination with Game Leadership around changing timelines, resources and priorities
Communication of project status, risks and slowdowns to stakeholders, both external and internal
Iteration and optimization of development processes, to increase productivity and efficiency
Identification, prevention, and removal of potential roadblocks to the development team’s productivity or ability to deliver
Champion for team needs around workflow, tools and pipeline improvements, and morale or burnout issues
Coordination of external efforts (outsourcers, remote teams, etc.) to ensure they are being completed when needed by the internal team
Establishing relationships with our publishing team and other external partners to ensure their needs are identified and communicated to the team
Mentor and grow team members’ Production skill sets.

Your XP & Skills

3-5 years previous experience working in the game industry
Specific experience running or shipping a mobile (iOS/Android, etc.) game successfully, in a production role.
Expert level experience working with industry standard Production software (Jira, Confluence, G-Suite/Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, etc.), including previous admin experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with top-tier organization and documentation habits.

Nice to haves:

Previous game dev experience in another discipline (QA, Engineering, Design, Art, etc.)
Experience working with remote teams/team members
Bachelor’s Degree in Game Development or a related field
Avid gamer (both mobile and console)
Team management experience
