Producer

Our Marketing Ops team is in search of a passionate and talented Producer to join our Marketing Analytics department in Barcelona, Spain. This new team member will take ownership of the Marketing Analytics Roadmap and execute it with the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have project management experience in the mobile industry. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the digital content production process and who is willing to work with technical teams to develop first-in-class analytical products

The Marketing team deeply understands a game’s audience, creative strategy and priorities. They are the glue between the Brand, Product, and our Player Communities that will redefine our social strategy to amplify our games across new and existing social channels while building a meaningful community for our players.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the Marketing Analytics track of production and work closely with the Marketing Ops team to execute on it
• Create and maintain a project management plan for the projects you own.
• Establishing standards for regular communication with all key stakeholders, as well as usage of tracking tools to maintain awareness of project status updates, risks, dependencies, and opportunities.
• Seek out dependencies, issues, and potential development roadblocks, identify root causes and come up with short term and long term process improvements
• Establish and communicate deadlines and hold the team accountable

What We’re Looking For

• Must have 2+ years of experience as a project manager, program manager, or producer
• Demonstrated success managing multiple major and concurrent projects
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to interpret and summarize data to aid decision-making
• Have a can-do attitude and problem-solving mentality
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
• Familiar with the mobile marketing industry
• Interest in F2P mobile entertainment
• Good command of English is a must
