Senior Producer

KRAFTON Americas is seeking an experienced and talented Senior Producer. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing creative projects for Publishing and Game Studios.

What We Do The Global Creative Division at KRAFTON Americas manages projects featuring a broad spectrum of motion graphics, visual assets, cinematics and various creative resources to bolster and reinforce our brand and games.

• We produce creative assets encompassing company branding, print and package design, advertising campaigns, as well as promotional materials, event assets, in-game creative, and other marketing collateral to support our games.

Responsibilities

• Project Development:
  • Initiate, develop, and champion compelling project ideas; evaluate scripts, treatments, and storyboards, while also providing strategic input to elevate project concepts.
• Budgeting and Scheduling:
  • Draft budgets and schedules for projects, ensuring optimal resource allocation and timely delivery, with a focus on optimizing project efficiency.
• Resource Management:
  • Assemble, lead, and motivate production teams, ensuring clear communication and coordination among different departments.
• Client and Stakeholder Liaison:
  • Maintain open and effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and partners to ensure alignment with their vision and requirements. Additionally, cultivate long-term relationships and seek opportunities for collaboration.
• Risk Management:
  • Identify potential risks or challenges, leveraging your experience to develop proactive strategies to address or prevent them. Implement risk mitigation plans and guide the team through complex situations.
• Quality Control:
  • Monitor and control the final products before delivery, ensuring they consistently meet and exceed established quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
• Contract and Negotiation:
  • Lead negotiations for contracts with freelancers, crew, vendors, and other service providers to secure advantageous terms.
• Post-production Oversight:
  • Oversee the operation in editing, sound, and visual effects processes, ensuring a seamless transition from production to post-production stages while enhancing creative and technical aspects.
• Continuous Learning:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies, ensuring that your industry knowledge remains cutting-edge and that the produced content is consistently at the forefront of innovation.
• Feedback and Analysis:
  • Analyze KPIs, audience feedback, ratings, and other relevant metrics to provide strategic insights and guidance to enhance future productions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in film production, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ Years of Experience in Producer Role.
• 2+ Years of Experience in Gaming, Film Entertainment industry.
• Proven history of leadership and successful delivery of high-profile projects.
• Proficiency in industry-relevant project management tools and software (e.g., Trello, Asana, Wrike, Monday).
• Comprehensive understanding of production's technical aspects, including equipment, software, and post-production processes.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• A deep understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
• Proven expertise in managing large-scale projects and budgets.
• Outstanding negotiation and contract management capabilities.
• Exceptional ability to provide guidance and direction to multifunctional teams.
• A proactive and visionary approach to project management.

PLUSES

• Korean-English Bilingual.
• Certifications in project management, specific software, or other industry-relevant areas.
• The ideal candidate would have previously worked in a game studio or a similar setting, familiar with the workflow.

In California, the expected salary range for this position is $120,000-$150,000. The listed expected salary range represents a good faith estimate and the actual pay may depend on a variety of job-related factors that can include experience, education, skills, and location.
