Producer

With multiple awards to our name, Larian Studios has proven that we’re dedicated to delivering high-quality role-playing games. As we move on to new projects, the studio that brought you Baldur’s Gate 3 & Divinity: Original Sin 2 is looking for a Producer to join the team and help us in crafting the high caliber games our fans have come to expect.

Responsibilities

• Help translate new pipelines, workflows, features, ideas and requests into requirements and action plans
• Communicate and align with other departments
• Help analyse existing solutions and propose improvements
• As a reality check, play the game and use pipelines to assess priorities, progress and quality
• Identify and set up useful reports for the teams
• Prioritise, reprioritise, handle requests
• Help manage feature groups and ensure delivery according to specs
• Help organise and follow up on development and feature development
• Track work and progress and react accordingly
• Unblock, solve or escalate issues, remove distractions

Requirements

• Experience in game development and game production
• Experience managing global and local teams
• Good English communication, writing and reporting skills
• Voice of reason and the reality check in the room
• Problem solving skills, going into finishing mode, identifying correct priorities
• Working with computers is second nature
