Position Summary:

Crystal Dynamics is looking for an enthusiastic and highly organized Producer with demonstrable project management experience to tackle a myriad of development-related tasks. A successful Producer works in support of the development team to coordinate, track, and guide activities of game features to ensure timely completion to quality.

Essential Duties:

• Partner with production and discipline leads to determine resources necessary to complete projects and meet milestones and deadlines.
• Drive project and discipline deliverables to completion within tight schedules and high standards of quality utilizing project management tools, production methodologies, and leadership abilities.
• Oversee, coordinate, track and manage the activities of the team to ensure that project goals are completed on time.
• Identify and fix bottlenecks, as well as clearing roadblocks both on the day-to-day and in the longer term.
• Provide motivation, direction, and improve best practices.

Competencies, Skills & Knowledge:

• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively as a mediator between all development disciplines.
• Demonstrated ability to self-prioritize and execute with minimal supervision, while also leading by example.
• Ability to manage schedules and requirements to implement desired features.
• Knowledge about the game development process and industry trends at large.

Essential Requirements:

• At least 3 years of game development experience in an internal development Production role.
• Experience shipping one or more major AAA console titles as a credited producer.
• Development discipline-specific history (art, engineering, design, QA).
• A demonstrated understanding of various production methodologies is required.
• Will consider candidates with previous experience as internal Development Directors or Project Managers.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
