As a Producer you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Producers with the successful delivery of projects, working globally across all areas of production, and collaborating heavily with the Leadership Team. You'll essentially oversee the day-to-day running of the ship and ensure smooth piloting. You will be working with the talented multi-disciplinary team responsible for the delivery of the amazing Star Citizen locations ranging from planets to space stations and outposts. Founded in 2012, Cloud Imperium Games creates cutting-edge videogames that defy expectations. We’re currently developing Star Citizen, a record-breaking multiplayer online space sim, and Squadron 42, a cinematic single-player adventure set in the same universe. Serve as the leading force in ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects for the location team, while fostering a positive and motivated team. Identify and break down the tasks at hand, ensuring that every aspect of the project is well-understood and managed effectively and schedule the work well in advance. Act as a beacon of clarity and reason, illuminating and resolving unanswered questions, thus guiding the team towards cohesive and efficient project completion by proactively staying ahead of potential challenges and ask critical questions that need addressing. Act as a central figure in aligning the mission design, environment art, props, and level design teams with the project's overarching goals. Work closely with the leadership team to ensure that the project's vision is effectively realised within the set priorities and available resources. Proactively identify, communicate, and address any risks or changes that may hinder the team's ability to meet deadlines. Use independent judgment and collaborative problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles. Assist the Senior Producer in implementing change management for the location team's production practices. What would we expect from our Location Producer? Experience working on large scale projects as a producer dealing with different stakeholders. Highly proficient with standard project management development tools and methodologies (Scrum/Kanban/Waterfall). Possess a high capacity to support various disciplines collaborating on the same project, and adept at facilitating clear and effective communication among all team members. Possess the ability to skilfully schedule and manage the workload of a midstream team, ensuring seamless interaction and coordination with both upstream and downstream teams in a large-scale project environment. Having extensive knowledge of working with Jira. Proactive attitude with mindset for streamlining and improvement.
