The Producer is a dynamic leader, possessing exceptional communication and organizational skills. This individual demonstrates the ability to prioritize and balance multiple dependencies, and commands a solid track record in project management. The Producer ensures that all features set out by the product team are planned, scoped, developed, tested and released without defects and on time and on budget. This individual owns the production workflow end to end and supports the art and development teams to ensure all requirements are met. The Producer manages the overall tracking and day to day workflow and provides ongoing meaningful insights and risk mitigations with impeccable clarity.
This role is responsible for ensuring that everyone on the team knows what to do, when to do it and unblocks obstacles at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Own the planning and delivery of builds, including following the product roadmap, organizing backlog grooming, running poker planning sessions, setting up and monitoring sprints and delivering quality product on time with a healthy team
- Own team capacity planning, project scoping, estimations and change requests
- Ensure features are properly understood and corresponding definition-of-dones are estimated and logged appropriately
- Track and triage issues and maintain general oversight of QA pipeline
- Manage external resources; outsources as needed
- Proactively assess and mitigate risks
- Make decisions around the balance between quality/time/effort, and advise stakeholders accordingly
- Own the agile production process end-to-end, overseeing and maintaining the sprint process from planning to post mortems and everything in between
- Proactively encourage best in class processes and procedures across all disciplines
- Build and maintain team health and morale

Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience producing casual mobile games in an agile environment
- Effective proactive, concise communication skills across all levels of an organization
- Advanced knowledge of JIRA including workflow set ups, capacity planning and JQL
- Positive team based attitude
- Experience with agile game production
- Advanced spreadsheet user (Excel, Google sheets)
- Experience working with cross functional professionals (software engineers and artists)PMP and/or SCRUM certifications highly desirable
