Producer - Narrative

Larian Studios have 25 years of experience creating critically acclaimed role playing games and we pride ourselves on our excellent storytelling — our most recent title, Divinity: Original Sin 2, has won over 160 awards (including the BAFTA for Best Multiplayer Game) and our next game, Baldur’s Gate 3, is currently in Early Access.
We want to bring in an experienced Narrative Producer who will bring the best work out of the Narrative team. Enabling them to achieve their goals and keep them on track. You'll be instrumental in guiding our world builders to the finish line of Baldur's Gate 3.
Ideally, you can:
- Assist the Narrative team, removing blockers, communicating across teams, and creating detailed schedules that account for dependencies
- Analyse narrative docs, assess feasibility and the impact on existing situations, convert the narrative document into a situation document
- Be the holder of narrative truth
- Run the creation, estimation, and tracking of tasks
- Help your assigned teams to achieve their quality goals within the given timeline
- Identify, communicate, and help resolve all roadblocks and bottlenecks
- Create and implement processes that will improve quality and efficiency
- Communicate effectively with internal management and team leads
- Schedule meetings and reviews, track changes and feedback
- Take comprehensive notes and distribute to team members and partners
- Assist with release management and corresponding pipelines
You have:
- At least 3 years of experience in a narrative game development role, with a history of shipping engaging titles alongside creative teams
- An autonomous process where you run the team alongside the leads.
- A collaborative and proactive approach in communicating effectively with writing, art, design, engineering, audio, and QA personnel
- Experience and understanding of, creative/design schedules, hurdles, timelines, and achievements.
- Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills in English.
