Your Mission
We are seeking a talented Producer to join our team in creating the next generation of award-winning games. As a Producer, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the development of our games. You will collaborate with teams across departments to meet deadlines, manage resources to stay within production limitations, and develop innovative processes when roadblocks are hit.
Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
- Being responsible for driving game development processes and their respective agile/scrum ceremonies to meet team deliverables
- Working with various teams and stakeholders to define project priorities and milestones
- Accountable for crafting and maintaining project plans, documentation, schedules and communication channels
- Actively managing team allocation based on top level priorities, deadlines and budgets
- Facilitating the ongoing improvement of team processes with a focus on efficiencies, alignment and culture
- Proactively identifying and resolving potential conflicts between schedule, goals and scope against available capacity
- Collaborating with cross-disciplinary stakeholders in establishing your team’s content pipeline through the lens of Live Operations
Player Profile
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 3+ experience in the interactive entertainment industry in a Production/Project Management role
- Experience collaborating with internal and external development teams, across various time zones (domestic and international)
- Producer/Project Management experience with the entire life-cycle of video-game software development (concept to post-launch) of at least one published title on Xbox, PlayStation, PC and/or mobile
- Ability to accurately predict risks (through production planning) while facilitating the coordinated effort in devising and communicating their mitigation strategies
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication ability
Extra Points:
- Experience working with digital Art pipelines, with a focus on 2D
- Demonstrated experience with project management fundamentals, including project life-cycle models, risk assessment, and team/people management
- Proven ability to work under rapid development cycles while maintaining calm and collected composure
- Expert experience with project management tools/software (i.e. Jira filters, workflows, dashboards, reports & Confluence setup)
- Bachelors’ degree in digital art, game design, computer science or relevant work experience
- Previous management experiences that include: employee selection, employee development, performance management, conflict resolution, change management, budgeting, and project planning
- Project Management training and certification
