Remote - US and Canada only

Reports to: Production Director

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Producer for these Art teams:
• VisDev, Animation, 3D & 2D art, Tech Art
• Manage art projects from initiation to post-deploy activities to ensure effective cross-team collaboration, on-time completion, and quality of all art-related deliverables
• Work closely with Live Content & Marketing Producers on delivering art tasks for all projects
• Anticipate, identify, communicate, and help resolve bottlenecks that may compromise quality or schedule
• Support Senior Management and Art Leads in creating a strong long-term vision planning and roadmap for the Art department
• Support art internal and external events (like LightBox Expo, Art team gathering, Art Books signing events, etc)
• Help to build a collaborative and positive team culture
• Contribute to thatgamecompany’s unique culture and vision

Must Haves:

• 3+ years of Art or Content (with a focus on art) production/project management experience in game or software development (plus if it is for a live game/project)
• Passion for art in general or game development
• Understanding of art pipelines and ability to adapt to the team’s communication needs coupled with strong relationship management experience
• Able to positively and persistently implement changes
• Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence
• Passion for games
• Seniority: 3 to 5 years of experience

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with mobile, free-to-play, or live social games
• An art-related background
• Actively play Sky: Children of the Light
• Art undergraduate degree

The salary range for this position is $54,000 USD to $110,000 USD annually, with the
opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. This salary range is an estimate, and
the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices.
Employees in this position are eligible to participate in the Company’s standard
employee benefit programs, which currently include the following: medical, dental, vision,
401k, and paid time off.
