ProbablyMonsters Family of Studios is developing 3 simultaneous AAA games in multiple genres. Since our launch in 2019, we have built 3 studios so far. Firewalk™ is working on a new multiplayer game to be exclusively published by PlayStation. Cauldron™ is developing a single-player, adventure-driven game and our RPG Team has a next-gen open world experience in progress.

The Role
We are looking for a Principal Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for help define and monitor the tech lifecycles for our game projects.
Who You Are:
- Deep understand of Unreal engine and AAA game development.
- Profoundly dedicated to sound engineering practices.
- Likes to dig in and get ramped up on large code bases.
- Can profile and debug games on any platform.
- Good communicator & effective at cross team collaboration.
- Comfortable mentoring & training engineers.
What You Will Do:
- Work with teams to assist in design & review the technology strategies for their games.
- Help with training and standardization of best practices.
- Evaluate the potential of outside partners.
- Review utility of middleware and SDKs.
- Audit and review code bases.
- Help review Milestone artifacts and give risk analysis.
Qualifications:
- Experience in game development
- Shipped multiple titles
- Unreal engine experience
- Console experience
