Premium Shop Coordinator

Wargaming is looking to hire a Premium Shop Coordinator to ensure that product displays work properly and are filled with content on a regular basis.

To succeed in this role, you must be a meticulously attentive person able to handle a miscellany of highly important tasks.

What will you do?

• Orchestrate the work of the team (process requests for creation of content for all activities needed, clarify the drivers’ wishes as to the items’ content and ensure that the content is prepared properly, and deadlines are met)
• Set and estimate tasks for creating items to be displayed in the Premium Shop on a daily basis
• Keep in touch with product teams and drivers (ensure that sales plans are correct, figure out the details of planned offers and adjust the sales plans accordingly)
• Interact with related units
• Create associated documents and keep them up to date

What are we looking for?

• An advanced level of English
• 1+ years’ experience working in an office environment
• Passion for computer games; knowledge of Wargaming titles
• A confident computer user well-versed with MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Client-orientated approach
• Ability to listen to others and articulate your thoughts
• Ability to plan and organize your work independently
• Ability to multitask and prosper in an ever-changing environment
• Readiness to work in shifts with 24/7 availability

What will help you stand out?

• Understanding of online shop and monetization operating principles
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop or other graphic editors
• Ability to handle basic mathematical calculations, promptly and properly
