Qualifications
Business skills:
- Experience in working with business stakeholders - business requirements definition and planning
- Results-oriented, self-driven, and highly motivated to leverage technology to improve business processes
- Experienced in managing conflicting priorities and remaining focused and effective under time pressure
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork
- Good English (written and verbal) - working with English-speaking stakeholders daily
Technical skills:
- Proven track record of developing production-ready solutions with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) with Dataverse as a data backend
- Microsoft PowerBI experience (dashboards, reports, data aggregation, and integration from various file and database sources)
- Experience in administering cloud services, preferably Azure, AWS, and Office 365
- Experience in designing and implementing relational databases
- Experience in developing and testing REST endpoints
- Knowledge of modern software engineering patterns and practices
- Experience with CI/CD solutions, preferably Azure DevOps
Will be considered as an advantage:
- Experience in developing custom connectors (.NET) for Power Platform
- Experience in developing Power Platform AI solutions
- Experience in developing solutions integrating other machine learning frameworks
- Azure and/or Power Platform certification
- IT outsourcing experience
