We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Post Production Coordinator on a new animated anthology television series. Ideal candidates will have experience working with a team of CG professionals and supporting producers and supervisors. Should be able to assist with the management, support, and delivery of client and studio render files. Skilled in multitasking and tracking assets for multiple episodes simultaneously.

Responsibilities

● Creating the post schedule, workflow and technical guides. Maintain the pipeline for deliverables including data storage and sharing content

● Clearly communicate the post schedule and status to internal and external teams. Communicating with post production vendors when schedules are adjusted

● Distributing reviews internally and providing detailed feedback to vendors when required

● Ability to handle and prepare incoming/outgoing data transfers. Download, ingest and stage assets as needed. Edit content when necessary, including adding slates

● Ability to perform a technical QC of all incoming EXR shots and sequences

● Coordinate and facilitate all outgoing audio and picture deliveries. Track the creation of final audio and picture files and facilitate deliveries to distributors

● Archive projects and deliver picture deliverables to the distributor

● Determine equipment and software needed for post production on projects

Qualifications

● Minimum 2-4 years post production experience

Candidates should have a strong background in CG animation pipelines

● Knowledge of video/audio codecs, broadcast frame rates/codecs

● Knowledge of audio mixing, sound design, and color correction

Knowledge of Adobe Premiere and Frame.IO workflows

● Operational knowledge of various asset and workflow management tools. Familiarity withAspera, RV, Shotgun, Adobe Premiere & Google Drive
