Player Support Project Manager

Ubisoft Mobile HQ is seeking a Player Support Project Manager to join the Mobile’s Marketing and Business Development team. Reporting to the Player Support Director, your mission will be to provide player support in our mobile games and services, via collaboration processes and tools.

You will have an opportunity to work on one of the AAA mobile games Rainbow Six recently announced.

What you will do:

• Co-ordinate and manage customer service projects and initiatives
• Contribution to improving, developing and/or implementing new or existing customer service policies and procedures
• Support Operations Leadership in achieving and maintaining agreed service levels and standards
• Plan, prioritize and delegate work tasks to ensure proper functioning of the department
• A point of contact in the day-to-day operations in a cross-functional environment (production, internal & external support teams and HQ Business Units)
• Assist in daily performance monitoring and management of providers and tools
• Maintaining Customer Service tools by managing content, users and monitoring and optimizing tools
• Ensure the integrity of reporting and data base information

Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you have developed solid experiences in Project Management in similar or related job fields and / or industries.

You want an opportunity to develop new channels of communication with passionate players and communities and make sure we serve them better.

You can think outside of the box and rely on strong analytical skills. You can ensure the proper functionality of the CS tools and communicate effectively with the various people you will interact with daily.

• F2P knowledge is a must
• Ability to provide a technical analysis
• Strong technical analytical and communication skills with the ability to work in a complex organizational structure.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in an effective manner to guarantee department functionality
• Team player with a strong focus on collaboration
• You are fluent in English (90% of your time, the work you produce, your conversations and your emails will be in English), French is a plus
• PMP/Lean 6 Sigma certifications are a big plus
