What is your team about?
Our playable team's mission is to deliver fresh and unique interactive ads for our hyper-casual, casual, and crypto games, as well as our media apps.
With more than 5 million new users that download our apps every day, we combine our passion for creativity with data analysis to offer the best app or game to every single person. You’ll be part of a small, international and creative team! Based on our principles and values, you will have the chance to work closely with several experts: marketing artists, game developers, publishing managers, and lots of others!
What will your main challenges be?
Scaling playable ads production and impact is one of our top priorities in 2022. You will take the lead of a team of 6 highly talented developers and coordinators at the center of a vast network of external providers. Your main challenges will be to:
- Scale and organize the team and network of external providers to support a growing number of games and apps
- Coach playable coordinators and developers to improve the creativity and impact of their playable
- Support playable coordinators to make data-driven decisions to prioritize games, developer resources, and types of playable to maximize ROI
- Coordinate with our data teams to identify the right KPIs and automate the monitoring of playables’ performance
- Coordinate with our product teams to improve our internal playables’ platform and survey 3rd party tools and technologies to identify promising opportunities
What do we expect?
- 6+ years of creative experience in performance marketing
- 3+ years of experience and a proven track record of high performance with playable ads
- Creative problem solver, risk-taker
- Successful track record of managing teams and driving high impact projects autonomously
- Highly comfortable with analytics: full Excel proficiency and experience with visualization tools such as Tableau required, working SQL knowledge highly valued
- Technical background (HTML5 development, design, statistics/ data science, etc.) highly valued
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
