We are looking for a Pipeline TD to join our Tech Art team. In this role you will be working on an enormous roster of WWE Superstars, responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of the Art Pipeline Tools. The primary focus is ensuring artist efficiency. Our studio is in a Windows environment, using Maya, Motion Builder, Photoshop, Substance Painter, Shotgun, Perforce amongst many other tools.

What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with Art and Engineering to drive research, workflows, and technologies for improved deformations, animation fidelity, and streamlined creation processes
- Provide software and tools support to production and artists
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide user support
- Work on software and tools of a high degree of complexity, requiring thorough understanding of the overall pipeline
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of software and systems; drive the development and evolution of standards and conventions
Requirements:
- At least 6 years of experience in a TD position
- Advanced Python knowledge
- Excellent understanding of Qt / PySide, and Maya
- Understanding of game engine limitations
- Experience researching, piloting, and rolling out new techniques
- Experience in designing and creating systems, tools, and assets for projects
- Experience with version control system(P4), and Shotgun software
- Ability to communicate cross-discipline and provide innovative solutions to pipeline issues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Detail oriented and strong self-sufficient trouble shooter
- Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment
- Write and maintain technical documentation
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Perforce and Shotgun API
- Experience with Rigging, Physics Simulation or shaders
- Experience with C++, PyMel
- Experience with Substance Painter, Photoshop, Motion Builder
