Performance Marketing and Martech Lead

Dreamhaven Publishing is looking for a Performance Marketing & Martech Lead who can spearhead the formation of a world class team and discipline for our games, studios and partners. At Dreamhaven, we're building a new game company based on our shared values and relentless passion for making meaningful player experiences. This role will be at the ground floor of the Dreamhaven Publishing org formation and will be able to put their fingerprints on how we establish our digital footprint and approach to performance media.

The ideal candidate understands the latest in marketing technology and has a proven track record of building digital strategies to reach players wherever they spend their time. The candidate has stood up marketing technologies, built structured workflows for CRM campaigns, and deployed and tracked ad campaigns to targeted players across multiple platforms and regions.

What you'll do:

• Build player life cycle strategies that can reach, acquire, retain and re-activate players across our entire global digital footprint
• Build and maintain game websites
• Build optimal funnel strategies to reach and convert digital impressions to active players
• Partner with Data Analytics to integrate marketing data and technology into a unified solution
• Develop Dreamhaven’s performance advertising strategy and capabilities
• Identify agencies, freelancers and partners that can help build our Martech needs
• Build and identify marketing dashboards to measure campaign reach and performance
• Develop Dreamhaven’s approach to email marketing and classic CRM strategy that meets the needs of today’s player
• Identify technology gaps and solutions to meet our needs

What we need:

• Familiarity with tools such as CRM, Braze, Hubspot, Google Ad Suite, etc
• Have a proven track record managing and building expert teams
• Previous experience working on digital campaigns and performance marketing
• Experience operating digital marketing for live games
• Deep understanding of marketing technology trends and evolution
• Deep network of advertising and marketing vendors to scale our programs
• Experience launching AAA games is a plus
• Experience partnering directly with studio teams
• A respectful voice who isn't afraid to voice their opinion but is willing to bend when needed
• Excellent leadership skills and experience building and nurturing teams
• A strong advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion, with proven success in promoting a inclusive environment and ensuring under-represented groups have visibility and a voice

The base salary range for this position is $126,465 to $210,774 USD per year, which is associated with our Level 4 salary band. The range listed for this position is just one component of Dreamhaven’s total compensation package for team members and exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience. Total compensation also includes equity, comprehensive benefits and will also include profit sharing in the future.
