This role partners with Aristocrat’s Gaming Supply Chain & Service Leaders to deliver and sustain a high-performance culture within the America’s business. This is a strategic management People & Culture role partnering across the America’s Management Team and supporting two large hourly workforces. This role will provide direction and leadership for the Supply Chain and Services P&C Business Partner team. This key stakeholder will provide strategic and tactical business partner support across all areas of People & Culture to drive a high performing culture, leadership development and a culture of innovation and accountability.What You'll Do
- Balancing the focus on strategic requirements which include – organizational design, workforce planning and overall governance of People & Culture activities
- Provide leadership across Change Management practices to ensure successful deployment of organizational change where required
- Adopts a holistic perspective that considers data, analytics, customer insights, and different parts of the business when making plans and implementing strategies.
- Management of all Employee Relations matters to mitigate legal or cultural risk within location - performance; illness; injury; structure
- Escalation point for complexities within the business - Payroll / contractual / legislative / policy
- Ensure our policy and governance frameworks are supportive across Health and Safety and overall operational focus within the business, including, but not limited to, partnering with Health & Safety team, to consult and advise on training, communication opportunities, and any other perceived gaps
- Work with the business and partners to identify opportunities to streamline internal processes within our various people and talent management tools
- Lead the people and culture supply chain and service team through regular coaching, development, and motivation while fostering an environment of collaboration
- Continuously improve the Employee Value Proposition within the America’s to attract high quality talent
- Partner with the business and the recruiting team to identify quality external talent and retain high quality talent within the business
- Work with leaders to action plan following talent reviews, including succession planning
- Work with leadership team to identify high potentials within the organization and assist with their development planning
- Embed O/D activities which support empowerment and management activities within the business
- Ensure appropriate Workforce Planning for the America’s business, specifically for the Supply Chain, Services, and manufacturing areas
- FTE and Capabilities managed within the overall business with clear business case and growth plans where required
- Work with Remuneration on Benefits to ensure internal mobility is conducted in fair and standardized manner
- Work with Remuneration and Benefits to ensure internal equity is assessed and our hourly workforce wages are competitive, including reviewing and executing meaningful incentive programs
- Support leaders through change by providing sound business recommendations in light of talent and business requirements
- Drives continuous improvements, supervises the adoption of new technology, and supports digital disruption in line with our business model.
- Lead the implementation and Action Planning from the Peakon surveys
- Embed the group Values & Behaviors within the business, including remote locations to ensure the Aristocrat High Performance Culture approach is aligned within the business
- Supports strategies and drives initiatives that attract and retain diverse and inclusive talent; builds high-performing teams; embraces diversity in all its forms; and actively supports diversity goal programs.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in a People & Culture (Human Resources) and minimum 3 years in a leadership role and, preferably in a high-volume hourly workforce or supply chain function
- Commercial acumen to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to coach and influence others within the business, while also directly leading a high performing team to effectively partner and support the business
- Excellent organizational skills, including an ability to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines
- Strong knowledge of all People & Culture disciplines in an hourly workforce
