In order to expand our team in Freiburg (Germany), we are now looking for a talented
People & Talent Development Manager (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:
- Design effective and scalable hiring processes with our department Director as well as our hiring managers and international teams
- Review and improve our current candidate processes and assessments in order to ensure identifying the most suitable talent
- Create and refine questionnaires, cognitive tests and personality assessments for our recruiting process
- Advise and train recruiters and hiring managers to help them understand the market, be mindful of biases and become better interviewers
- Manage the global People Development function together with your Indian counterpart
- Work with our management and department heads to evaluate individual and organizational development needs for our existing employees
- Create and implement a performance review process to identify the general performance levels as well as high potentials
- Help us identify skills gaps as well as learning needs and make recommendations for trainings and L&D measures
Your profile:
- University Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or a related field
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Learning and Development Manager, People Development Manager or a similar role
- Proven track record in developing and implementing a global strategy for people analytics, candidate evaluation and/or employee development
- A strong understanding of effective assessment methods, corporate learning and development, competency frameworks and talent development
- High level of empathy and service-oriented focus to optimize the candidate experience and employee satisfaction
- Passion for innovative technologies and VR/AR applications
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, international environment is a big bonus
- Driven and motivated personality with the skills to manage time and resources effectively
- Fluent German and English skills
