Therefore, we are looking for three experienced People Partner(s) to join our People team with a laser focus on driving growth and impact. We have roles available in either GTM, Engineering/Product or our Gaming Studio.
You will have the exciting opportunity to strategically partner with Executive and leadership on all things related to people and help build Immutable as we grow. As members of our people leadership team, you will also work closely with the Executive Leaders, managers and Chief of People on a range of projects and programs outside of your core role.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Be a partner and advisory to the Immutable Executive team and managers across one of our GTM, Product and Engineering and Studio teams
- Lead the workforce and talent planning cycles alongside the Director of Talent and Head of Talent Acquisition, including growth and international/vertical expansion strategies
- Be part of the organisational design and structure development with business leaders/Exec
- Administer performance and talent cycles, working centrally with the Talent and Learning & Development teams
- Facilitate workshops and other change/communication activities
- Handle and support Employee relations management end to end
- Work closely with the People Operations team to ensure all people administration, including leave administration, mobility/immigration needs and employment changes, are captured accurately and promptly in systems
- Improve hiring and onboarding enablement
- Work on periodic reporting and analytics
You’ll have:
- Extensive experience in the people & culture space, ideally 5+ years as a People Partner
- The ability to think strategically (beyond just the here and now), and synthesise lots of complex information to come up with solutions with tangible impact
- Full-stack people partner experience in a fast-growing Technology company
- A natural coaching attitude and approach, as well as an excellent understanding of HR programs including performance management, leadership development, organisational design & development, talent management, and employee relations
- Experience running programs that have moved the needle on growth/impact/metrics and a strong understanding of what success looks like
- Experience balancing working individually and autonomously with working in and alongside a range of teams — you’re comfortable being part of a team, leading projects, or owning things end to end; whatever the job calls for!
- Experience working with Learning & Development teams to drive employee engagement
- Global knowledge of multi-talent markets
- Autonomy to get things done but also a chance to collaborate and be strategic with the people team
- Strong attention to detail
Some skills that would be awesome:
- Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment where you have worked at pace, covered large breadth but also gone deep on strategic people partnering that has resulted in high growth and impact
- Ability to be a strategic partner and advisor to executives, influence in a way that gets the best people outcomes
- Demonstrated examples of where your work in performance, talent capability has shifted the dial
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills and the ability to inspire and engage employees as you take them on the journey of growth and change
- Operational excellence and sound knowledge of people processes, policies and employee relations
