The People Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the team, touching upon multiple disciplines including Total Rewards & Recognition, Learning & Development, and People Partners. Serve as an instrumental part of the People leadership team to collaborate, manage and drive automation, data clean up, compliance, Workday implementation, performance management, on-boarding, off-boarding, payroll processes, internal transfers, global immigration. Accountable for the operational excellence, execution and compliance of all People related systems, processes and data integrity.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide deep expertise in overall People Operations; identify areas of improvement, and align teams to the organization’s goals.
- Collaborate closely with Total Rewards & Recognition team to manage compensation processes and practices around key touch points, such as new hire offers, promotions, discretionary bonus, merit increases and annual market adjustments.
- Lead the development, communication and effective implementation of People policies.
- Manage immigration and mobility practices and external vendor partners to support our efforts to attract and retain top talent.
- Provide guidance and timely follow-up to employee and manager inquiries.
- Oversee day-to-day management of the People operations function including managing policies, procedures and company compliance.
- Proactively stay abreast of changing laws and regulations to ensure company compliance with the laws where we do business and expand our business.
- Work with Payroll & Benefits team to manage pay audit approvals.
- Involvement in special projects and initiatives as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience in People Operations with understanding of Payroll administration experience a plus.
- Demonstrable expertise in the following areas: total rewards, shared services, HR systems, benefits, expatriate programs and requirements, and overall People operations.
- Deep passion for processes, policies and implementation.
- Thrive in high-volume, fast-paced and feedback driven environments.
- Cross-functional communication; highly self-motivated and energetic with attention to detail.
- Problem solver bringing solutions to all People processes to streamline and work efficiently.
- Strong project management skills that drive deadline completion.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and flexible working with last minute and late breaking requests.
