People & Culture Service Delivery ManagerAristocratRemote Nevada 89135 United States of America20 days agoApplySaveSummaryAristocrat Technologies is seeking a People & Culture Service Delivery Manager to support the successful execution of operational and strategic initiatives across the People & Culture Global Operations team.Pay Range$91,904-$170,679What you'll doSupport the ownership of the overall P&C Global Operations solution of how in-scope services are delivered across multiple Business Units and Geographical LocationsAct as liaison between business stakeholders and P&C Global Operations team identifying business requirements and translating them into solutions.Engage cross functional stakeholders and lead discovery sessions to document the scope of projects/initiativesAct as a trusted subject matter expert on the functional aspects of P&C processes and the intersection of the technical system configuration to provide solutions. Maintain knowledge of the latest P&C technology and best practices in P&C service delivery.Define SLAs and KPIs.Identify areas to optimize, standardize, automate and improve within Global P&C Operations function.Set proper expectations with business stakeholders and effectively manage ongoing expectations for requirements.Build Business Requirement Documents, knowledge guide artifacts such as process flows, standard operating procedures, checklists, training materials to support with project execution and manage the ongoing maintenance of such artifacts.Create business process diagrams reflecting “As Is” and “Future” state using process mapping tools such as Signavio or VisioManagement of Standard Operating Procedures for all P&C processes.Work closely with P&C Business Partners and Centers of Expertise to administer and deliver on annual business processes and strategic initiatives with a people-focus approach.Align with P&C Service Operations and Systems team to understand business needs and expectationsAlign with Project Manager and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and execution of initiativesSupport additional P&C Global Operations Service Management activities as needed; data governance, quality assurance, audits, vendor management, policy management and complianceWhat we're looking forBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science or related field7+ years of techno- functional Workday experience in Core HCM, Recruitment, Talent Management, Benefits.7+ P&C/HR functional knowledge performing complex P&C/HR analytical work within HR Shared Service, Consulting, P&C/HR Center of Excellence or Business Partner functional areasGlobal experience spanning Americas, EMEA, APACProject management experienceDemonstrable success communicating, consulting, influencing, and building relationships at all levels in an organization with an emphasis on promoting a culture of positivity, teamwork and resultsHighly self-sufficient, skilled at leading in ambiguity, and making impactful, data-driven decisions in a high speed, performance focused organizationPossessing highly developed analytical skills with the ability to plan, implement, measure, and scale the best balance between candidate, customers, and the process Create Your Profile — Game companies can contact you with their relevant job openings.
