People & Culture Manager

As the People & Culture Manager you will provide strategic direction and support to create an outstanding employee experience. You will work closely with leaders and employees globally to assist with all human resources areas, including culture, onboarding, employee relations, performance management and talent reviews.
Some key focus areas include:
- Provide leadership across strategic initiatives delving into the impacts on our people
- Balance People & Culture focus with strategic requirements by considering the impacts of change such as organizational design, workforce planning, culture, and HR management governance.
- Manage employee relations, tackling challenges with finesse to mitigate legal or cultural risks
- Shape a distinct learning and development agenda, collaborating with the Talent Centre of Excellence (CoE) to craft materials and resources
- Acts as a trusted advisor collaborating with leaders on succession planning, retaining talent, recruitment and anticipating potential workforce challenges
- Collaborate with the Remuneration and Benefits team to implement the annual remuneration review process
- Play a key role in executing our Diversity and Inclusion Plan, championing a workplace that celebrates diversity and fosters a sense of belonging
- Utilise data, analytical aptitude, and P&C acumen to influence action, make recommendations, and assess results, ensuring continuous enhancement of our workplace experience
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a People & Culture partnering role, with bonus points for a background in a global organization and familiarity with matrix/functional structures
- Experience with engaging, influencing, and building capability in leaders and executives to achieve P&C and business outcomes
- Proven track record in leading and managing change and building capability across a diverse business
- Experience and knowledge of data analytics, and proven P&C solutions
- Ability to make decisions and provide clear and accurate advice based on company policies and knowledge of current legislation
- Strong relationship-building skills with an ability to build rapport at all levels within the organisation.
- Tertiary degree level qualification in Human Resources or related discipline
This role will be based out of our head office in North Ryde with free onsite parking provided, the role will be based 4 days in the office with the flexibility to work from home.
