The People & Culture team strives to work from our Studio core values. We think out of the box and try new things. Bringing agility into HR with the mantra ‘good enough for now and safe enough to try’ in mind.

As People & Culture intern you will contribute to all aspects of our discipline. From hiring, onboarding and career development all the way to offboarding. You understand and preserve the company culture and create a healthy work environment. You will be working closely together with our team to create and facilitate a workplace filled to the brim with happy, productive people who thrive in their roles - not just for today, but also for the future.

What you could contribute to

  • Initiate and create effective HR processes
  • Create a hiring and onboarding experience
  • Create workshops on topics as development, feedback, communication, goal setting such as OKR’s
  • Coach employees on personal development and general career topics
  • Create and Organize “milestone experiences” such as first day at work, promotions & team events.

What we are looking for

  • Are self starters and do not shy away from a challenge
  • Challenge themselves to improve and are open to receive and share feedback
  • Are not afraid to challenge the status quo
  • Have a professional attitude and are able to work autonomously

What we require

  • You need to be an actual student
  • You need to speak & write English well
  • You need to be available for an internship of at least four months

What could help you

  • You have a passion for games!
  • Any additional experience and/or knowledge is a plus. We’d love to hear the way you imagine those skills can contribute to this role.

Paladin is a game developer. Our basecamp is in The Hague but we are currently working remote due to COVID-19. We are a team of 35 knights and growing. Our mission is to create games with a spark, for players all over the world. We achieve this goal by being a world-class game studio with soul, that brings out the best in people. That means a studio filled to the brim with creativity, professionalism, and good vibes.
