The People & Culture Business Coordinator will provide support in creating an outstanding employee experience. Residing in the U.S. in Tulsa, Oklahoma and working primarily with leaders and employees in operations and manufacturing teams, the People & Culture Coordinator will assist in all human resources functional areas, including pulling and organizing detail people reports, routing and approving data requests through our Workday system, onboarding new and temporary employees, and providing support to the Commercial People & Culture team as assigned. Reporting directly to the Director, People & Culture for Americas Commercial, the People & Culture Coordinator will deliver outstanding service in support of Aristocrat’s focus on both employees and innovation.What you'll do
- Provides HR support across multiple initiatives by partnering with People & Culture Business Partners to examine and provide support, tools or resources needed to execute successfully.
- Provides direct support to the Change Management Initiatives in the Tulsa Integration Center and assists the People & Culture Business Partner in execution of key initiatives.
- Provides contingent worker (temp employees) conversion management and reporting while advising P&C and leadership on next steps
- Reviews all incoming people management system (Workday) requests for the Commercial operations teams and validate request by reviewing as needed with the People & Culture Business Partners as well as internal records (i.e., Commercial Headcount Committee records)
- Manages the Commercial Headcount Committee leadership requests, maintains records, meeting notes and communication cascade.
- Provides updates on completion reports for various P&C and Compliance initiatives to Commercial People & Culture business partner team and leadership
- Supports safety initiatives and completion of training in partnership with the Safety team
- Supports new employee onboarding and orientation locally at the Tulsa Manufacturing office and virtually with extended Commercial Operations business groups
- Assists to recruit and retain high quality talent within the business; helps Commercial P&C business partners in implementing strategies to increase employee retention.
- Supports the Commercial Business Partner team in programs in maintaining high potential data within the organization and support in tracking their development planning.
- Support the Commercial People & Culture team with the implementation of the annual remuneration review process; help ensure global mobility is conducted in a fair and standardized manner.
- Be willing to adjust work hours to accommodate global time zones and meetings when needed to support global business leaders.
What we're looking for
- At least five (2) years of relevant experience in human resources support or similar business support role.
- Strong Microsoft Excel, Power Point & Word skills to manage reporting and develop presentations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships.
- Excellent organizational skills, including an ability to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines.
