About the Role

The People Analytics team is looking for a graduate intern with experience delivering insights from complex data. We prize the ability to draw on a methodological toolkit to understand the unique Twitch environment. The ideal candidate combines great intuition with data skills to improve talent and outcomes.

This is a paid internship that runs from June - August and is eligible to receive course credit. The internship is located in San Francisco, CA or can be virtual in North America.

You Will:

• Partner with the People Analytics team to analyze data and present findings.
• Help develop dashboards and scalable products/tools.
• Collaborate with team members to guide process standardization and optimization.
• Conduct statistical analysis

You Have:

• Graduate coursework in a related field (in progress or completed)
• Experience supporting decision-making with analytic methods
• Experience with R, Python, SQL, JS or another language.
• Experience with regression, correlation, t-tests, and factor analysis.
• Some familiarity PowerBI, Tableau, Google Data (Looker) Studio, or with Amazon QuickSight

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $5,228/month in our lowest geographic market up to $8,295/month in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
