Payroll Partner

Job Overview:

Join Wargaming in Vilnius as a Payroll Partner! In this role, you will manage and execute payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations. You’ll collaborate with various departments to address payroll-related inquiries and contribute to process improvements. What will you do:

• Review, refine, and document payroll process and procedures (collection of inputs, verification, processing, filing, and monitoring of monthly payroll information)
• Serves as liaison with third-party payroll vendor to ensure payroll is processed with accuracy, in a timely manner, and in compliance with the local legislation
• Audits employee pay records and reconciles with accounting systems
• Respond to employee questions about monthly pay, tax calculation or any other payroll-related enquiry
• Develops ad hoc reporting as needed
• Potentially participate in Global projects including evaluation of payroll processes in other locations

What are we looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience in payroll administration, preferably in a multinational company.
• Strong knowledge of local payroll regulations and compliance.
• Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

The salary range for this role in Vilnius is EUR 4000-5000 monthly gross.
