Partner Manager, Publisher Ops

The gaming industry has evolved from a retail model to games as a live service where Unity plays a critical role helping developers successfully acquire, engage and monetise their users. As a Partner Manager, Publisher Operations, you will become part of the team responsible for using our advertising and live ops platform to grow revenue and optimise key strategic gaming accounts. This role is ideal for someone looking to flex their product management & analytics skills in a team that directly works on high-level business development and execution.
Responsibilities
- Analyse, monitor, and support key gaming accounts in collaboration with the sales teams to ensure client satisfaction and success with Unity's monetisation products
- Identify and capture growth opportunities with mobile publishers through data driven strategy and its cross-functional implementation
- Help drive business development efforts with client-facing collateral including partnership decks, one-sheets, case studies, presentations
- Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional stakeholders (product, tech support, engineering, marketing) to facilitate fixes, improvements, feature developments or adjustments to ensure success of Unity's customers
Requirements
- Strong organisational and analytical skills, ability to approach problems strategically with client’s success in mind and a passion for using data and analytics to drive business results
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment and drive actionable next steps
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and relationship-building skills with both external and internal parties
- Previous experience working on a mobile game / live service game or other in ad tech/gaming industry
Bonus points
- Product management or game designing experience at a game studio, solid understanding of gaming and ad tech industry
- Experience working with SQL or equivalent tools
- Technical background and ability to read code (used for SDK integrations)
- Proficiency in Russian language
