Avalanche Studios NY is currently seeking to hire a professional and highly organized individual who is eager to learn and grow within our company. This is an entry-level position. The primary responsibilities of this role are to assist and provide administrative support to the HR Manager. This individual will possess the capability to multitask and consistently meet deadlines .
This position is Entry Level, part-time working 15-20 hrs per week.
The Ideal candidate will be:
Someone who is organized, friendly, team-oriented, professional and has an outstanding attention to detail.
Someone who possesses skills in problem-solving, multitasking, record-keeping and has exceptional verbal and written communication.
Able to accurately enter data into various electronic systems.
Comfortable using Google Suite and Microsoft Office to format and maintain documents.
Consistently dependable and able to meet deadlines in a fast moving work environment.
Capable of performing Administrative duties such as: completing reports, updating systems real time, correct errors, filing of documents, doing research
Responsibilities and Duties:
Serve as the key point of support in HR administrative duties such as: answering emails, formatting and editing documents
Building firm relationships with employees and being available to answer questions or walking them through how to fill out documents virtually.
Keeping and maintaining records and documentation.
Handling confidential and sensitive information and documentation.
Qualifications and Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with people in a professional, sensitive and friendly manner.
Good computer skills and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Data entry, typing skills and ability to multitask.
Motivated, punctual and goal-oriented.
Prioritizing, planning and organizing.
Must be able to work independently and as a team.
Job Type: Part-time until April 2022
Pay: $20 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Ability to commute to our New York office when needed, most work can be done remotely
