Part-Time Payroll Clerk (14 Month FTC)

We are looking for a Payroll Clerk to support the next exciting stage of our reporting journey. Reporting into the Financial Controller but working closely with the whole finance team, this role will be focused on delivering all of our day-to-day payroll requirements, from managing the payroll activities to payroll reporting.
You will be joining a diverse team of talented individuals, working together to support the nDreams Group and our multiple games studios within.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily management of the payroll mailbox, managing the relationship with the payroll provider and dealing with any payroll-related queries
- Preparing the month-end payroll changes file
- Reviewing and processing the monthly payroll files provided by the payroll provider
- Day-to-day management of the pension scheme and co-ordinating any queries or changes
- Managing the year-end payroll activities, such as P11D, PSA, P60
- Managing the salary sacrifice schemes
- Managing payroll-related reporting
- Posting the monthly payroll-related journals
- Supporting the Financial Controller on payroll-related matters in the year-end audit
Requirements
Who are we looking for?
Essential capabilities:
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good organisation skills
- Strong attention to detail and numerical proficiency
- Experience of processing payroll and working with an outsourced payroll provider
- Good IT and system skills, especially Excel
Desired experience:
- Experience of managing the payroll-related year-end activities, such as P11Ds, PSA, P60s
- Experience using Netsuite or another ERP system
- Familiar with payroll software

The full-time role is based at our HQ in Farnborough. This is a part-time role, and we are looking for 25 hours per week, spread across 5 days in the office. The salary range for this role is £30,000 - £35,000 pro-rata.
This role is offered on a 14-month fixed-term contract.
